1800 Series Vertical Rod Panic Exit Device

Description:
1800 series vertical rod panic exit device consists of latch bolt, spring, end cap and press rod. The panic hardware adopts chassis mounted unit construction to assure easy installation and maintenance. This vertical rod panic exit device also can provide uncompromising security and safety for both single and double fire exit doors. The exit devices offers modern touch pad style for metal and timber doors. Slight pressure on the panic hardware touch bar will retract latch for exit. The vertical rod panic exit device can be optimized for use with Lanteky door closer.

Properties of 1800 Series Vertical Rod Fire Exit Device:
DK1800:
1.This vertical rod panic exit device fits to mortise lock body (MT2947).
2.This panic hardware is non-handed and used for LH or RH doors.
3.It can be equipped with semi-length or full length push rail.
4.This vertical rod panic exit device is a half push pad, rim type.

DK1801:
1.This vertical rod panic exit device with full push pad is a kind of rim type.
2.It adopts insurance latch to prevent prying from outside.
3.This panic hardware is non-handed and manufactured for LH or RH doors.
4.We offer painted type DK-1801P and stainless steel type DK-1801S for users to select.

DK1802:
1.Without knob, this panic hardware is field sizeable.
2.This vertical rod panic exit device has two lock points.
3.It can be installed with full length push rail.
4.The panic bar is made from steel or stainless steel.

DK1803:
1.This vertical rod panic exit device adopts insurance latch to prevent prying from outside.
2.Dogging of the panic exit device shall be permitted with the use of a furnished Allen key.
3.This vertical rod panic exit device has two lock points.
4.Semi-length or full length push rail is available for this panic hardware.

DK1804:
1.This non-handed vertical rod panic exit device is field reversible and field sizeable.
2.Dogging of the panic hardware shall be permitted with the use of a furnished Allen key.
3.It has two or three lock points and applies to single door or double leaf door.
4.The panic bar is made from steel or stainless steel.

Notice:
1.Tighten the screws two months after the vertical rod panic exit device being installed;
2.Do not install the panic hardware in the open air, or it well easily get rusty.

Packaging and Transportation:
1.One piece in an inner box, four inner boxes in one carton;
2.Transport by sea or by air.
